1. Platform Overview

Viraloh is a viral marketing platform that connects businesses with content creators to facilitate authentic marketing campaigns across social media platforms. We provide:

  • AI-powered content creation with 1000+ models
  • Cross-platform posting and campaign management
  • Creator compensation and payment processing
  • Fraud detection and verification services
  • Analytics and performance tracking

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Viraloh.

Account Verification: All users must complete identity verification including government-issued ID and selfie verification.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • No monthly subscriptions - Stay active without payments
  • No minimum cashout - Withdraw earnings immediately
  • No commission fees - Keep 85% of campaign payments
  • No platform fees - We only take commission from businesses

Creator Responsibilities:

  • Create authentic content that follows campaign guidelines
  • Post content on approved social media platforms
  • Submit verification screenshots as required
  • Maintain active and authentic social media accounts
  • Respond to campaign communications within 24 hours

Creator Benefits:

  • Instant payments within 24 hours of campaign completion
  • Access to premium AI content creation tools
  • No minimum follower requirements - all creators welcome
  • Transparent pricing and campaign terms
  • Mobile money support (MTN, Airtel, M-Pesa, Orange Money)

4. For Businesses - Subscription Plans

Businesses pay subscription fees to access our platform features and creator network:

  • Free Tier: $0/month - 5 posts, 3 AI content generations
  • Starter: $15/month - 50 posts, 15 AI generations, 3 platforms
  • Professional: $40/month - Unlimited posts, 50 AI generations, 10 platforms
  • Enterprise: $100+/month - Unlimited everything, 200 AI generations, priority support

Platform Commission: Businesses pay a 15% commission on all campaign payments to creators.

5. Payment Terms

For Creators (FREE):

  • Receive 85% of campaign budget from businesses
  • Payments processed within 24 hours of campaign approval
  • No minimum cashout amount
  • Support for bank transfers and mobile money
  • No fees deducted from creator earnings

For Businesses:

  • Monthly subscription fees charged automatically
  • 15% platform commission on all campaign payments
  • AI content generation charged per usage
  • Refunds subject to our refund policy

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Users retain rights to their original content
  • AI-generated content may be subject to additional licensing terms
  • Viraloh retains rights to platform-generated analytics and insights
  • Users must respect third-party intellectual property rights
  • Content must comply with platform community guidelines

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake engagement or using bots
  • Purchasing followers or artificial interactions
  • Sharing fraudulent or misleading content
  • Violating social media platform terms of service
  • Engaging in harassment or discriminatory behavior
  • Attempting to circumvent our fraud detection systems

8. Fraud Detection and Verification

Our advanced fraud detection system includes:

  • Screenshot verification with OCR and metadata analysis
  • Device fingerprinting and IP tracking
  • Behavioral pattern analysis and AI-powered detection
  • Human review for complex cases and disputes
  • Blockchain-style immutable audit trails

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Viraloh's liability is limited to the amount paid by users in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate their account with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, pending payments will be processed according to our payment terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in Nigerian courts.
