This page explains the self-service deletion path, the fallback process when you cannot sign in, and what data is removed versus retained for compliance or dispute handling.

Self-service account deletion
Use this route when you still have access to the account.
- Open Settings > Profile while signed in.
- Choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation prompts.
- The platform removes your profile from active systems and begins the retention and archive cleanup process.
Verified requests
Use this path when you cannot access the account directly.
Email privacy@viraloh.com with your account email, username if known, and a brief explanation of the request.
If you no longer control the account login, include enough information for identity and ownership verification. Additional proof may be required before the request is processed.
Integration callback
If a third-party platform asks for a data-deletion callback URL for the Viraloh app, use the address below.
What is removed
- Public profile details and live content connected to the account.
- Connected social tokens and linked integration credentials where applicable.
- Most personal data in primary product systems once the request is validated and processed.
- Some restricted archive or backup records may remain for legal, financial, fraud, or dispute handling requirements.
